Our business is Wendy’s. We believe our franchise has some of the most talented restaurant people in the system. The Rawson Group was founded in 1983 by John V. Rawson, Jr. It began as a franchise of five restaurants. The Rawson Group now owns and operates 21 Wendy’s restaurants. Six of our restaurants are located on Staten Island, and the remaining are located in the Central New Jersey area. The Rawson Group is strong and continues to grow. Our Wendy’s restaurants boast some of the highest sales numbers in the New York metropolitan market. We are ranked as one of the Top 200 Franchisees in the US by the Restaurant Finance Monitor. The Rawson Group’s business has been built on quality, service and cleanliness. We are proud of our company and strive to be The Employer of Choice in the markets where our restaurants are located. We are passionate about our Wendy’s business and about our employees! We feel that we have some of the best restaurant talent in the business!! A testimony to The Rawson Group’s company culture is that many of our Managers started with us as Crew Members and stay for their restaurant career. We have many employees on all levels that have been with us for over 20 years.
