About
The Somerset County Board of County Commissioners created the Somerset County Energy Council in 2008 to advocate for energy efficiency and conservation, promote public understanding of opportunities and choices regarding energy issues, and advise the Commissioners on matters related to energy. The Somerset County Energy Council will meet approximately six times during the year. The goal is to meet every other THIRD Tuesday, at 6:00 pm in the Engineering Conference Room, Second Floor, Somerset County Administration Building, 20 Grove Street, Somerville, NJ. It is anticipated that the Council’s Standing Committees will meet regularly during the off-month. In the event of inclement weather, please call the Somerset County Planning Division at (908) 231-7021 prior to 4:30 pm on the day of the meeting to confirm that it is still taking place.
