It's a pleasure to meet you. I'm Sophia Georges, the Broker / Owner of Realsophy Real Estate. I am a Licensed New Jersey Real Estate Broker, but also a global Referral Agent that can guide and assist you with any transaction all over the world.

In the prestigious role as Team Leader, I oversaw, mentored, and coached a Team of agents with real estate transactions, recruiting talented new and experienced real estate agents, training, onboarding, broker support, social media, the day-to-day operations, and everything under the sun. I drove growth and created opportunities through mentorship and knowledge-based sharing initiatives. I formulated training programs and systems to support the needs and goals of all agents so they can personally and professionally grow their businesses. To achieve Real Estate Broker status, I took additional courses in real estate and ethics to go beyond being a sales-associate. I have passion, drive, determination, and at the same time I am compassionate, patient, honest, level-headed, and empathetic towards my clients and colleagues. Integrity is at the utmost importance. I build long-lasting, formidable relationships. Realsophy Real Estate was established to follow my dreams, reach high to achieve my goals, serve my clients with the highest-level service imaginable, cultivate my passion for teaching, invest in the growth of agents, and overall to “aspire and inspire to build a real estate empire”. I embody the best of both worlds in the real estate industry – formal education and real world “street smarts”. I have lived in New Jersey my entire life and am very knowledgeable in the NJ real estate market. My real estate education and experience combined with a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree and Bachelors of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry with minors in Biology and Math enhance my qualifications and make them insurmountable. As a graduate of Rutgers Business School, I earned my M.B.A. with concentrations in Marketing, Business Strategy, and International Business which are tremendous assets in the real estate industry. My degree in Chemistry from the University of Richmond and nearly 10 years as a research scientist and leadership roles in pharmaceuticals makes me very analytical, strategic, methodical, and excellent with numbers. My real world experience stems from growing up in an entrepreneurial family of real estate investors and business operators. I was actively involved in the acquisitions and operations of the properties and businesses and understand the consumer side of transactions. My reputation is that you will never overpay with me, and your home will be listed for the right price to get sold. I am a problem-solver, always finding solutions to the biggest challenges to ensure your transaction closes. Having that combined formal education and real world “street smarts” provides remarkable, unwavering value to clients.

y name is Sophia and I purchased the property at 1934 Washington Valley Rd, Martinsville.  I have started a new independent real estate office as the Broker/Owner ofRealsophy Real Estate.  It is currently undergoing a full renovation but the agents and I have been working remotely.  Upon completion of renovations I would like to jnauire about having a public ribbon cutting ceremony. My business brings a fresh and much needed revitalization to the Washington Valley storefronts.  Please let me know what needs to be done to arrange such an event. Any memberships in your group I would be willing to subscribe to. I would also like to take an active role in any women’s organizations within the town that advocates for small business.  I have the energy and passion to grow this business and love Martinsville, Bridgewater community.
