About

Mary Lou Panzano is a speaker, coach, admired leader, author, and Founder & CEO of Panzano Enterprises LLC.

She is a retired, award-winning communications executive with 30+ years of experience leading successful programs to support major change initiatives at global companies, like Prudential, Pfizer, and Bayer.

Drawing from her experience, her passion now is to teach communicators and leaders her proven 4C’s of Change Framework© so they can create and lead more effective change programs while saving time, money, and effort, and learn how to prosper in their careers and lives.

Mary Lou believes everyone should have enough food to eat, a safe, decent place to live and be healthy enough to enjoy both. To engage in that work directly, Mary Lou serves as President of the Board of Directors of Morris Habitat for Humanity and volunteers and supports local food banks and several health care charities. She also serves on the Pastoral Council and as a lecturer at St. Mary’s-Stony Hill Church in Watchung, New Jersey.

In her semi-retirement, Mary Lou enjoys doing what she loves most with those she loves most, including spending time with family, friends, and their new grandson, Daniel. Mary Lou also enjoys cooking, entertaining, reading, snapping photos, traveling, and cruising around town in their 1965 Ford Thunderbird convertible.

A life-long resident of New Jersey, Mary Lou earned her A.D. degree in Liberal Arts from Katharine Gibbs University and her B.S. degree in Business from Caldwell University. She and her husband, John, live in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, with their German Shepard, Bruno.
