Snehal Batra, Esq. is Partner & Managing Attorney of the NPZ Raritan, NJ Office. She has over 20 years of immigration law experience. Ms. Batra is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the New Jersey State Bar. She has been frequently quoted in the Times of India and has numerous articles related to US immigration published. She earned a Juris Doctorate (JD) from Rutgers University School of Law Newark and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) with Honors in Political Science from Seton Hall University. Ms. Batra was recently appointed by Governor Murphy of New Jersey to serve on the New Jersey-India Commission. The commission will be charged with advancing bilateral trade and investment and encouraging economic development in both New Jersey and India.
