The Engineers Labor-Employer Cooperative is a trust that brings Local 825 Operating Engineers together with participating employers to promote economic development, infrastructure investment and construction projects, to provide opportunities for contractors and members. Our major initiatives include issue advocacy, involvement in pro-business organizations, membership credentialing and our market recovery program which targets market segments in which Local 825 is currently under-represented.
