Elite Finders

About

Elite Finders is a New Jersey-based boutique recruiting and staffing firm helping businesses find the people they need to build strong, successful teams.

With over 10 years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, I understand that successful hiring starts with truly understanding the business, the role, and the people behind it.

We support employers across manufacturing, engineering, technical, operations, administrative, customer service, and healthcare support positions.

Our services include direct-hire recruiting, contract staffing, and temp-to-hire solutions.

As a member of the Somerset County business community, I'm especially interested in building meaningful relationships with local employers and becoming a trusted resource when hiring needs arise.

At Elite Finders, recruiting is personal. We take the time to understand what matters to each client and approach every search with care, precision, and attention to detail.
