Manny Ruiz, former partner at Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan, is a founder of the Compass Private Wealth Group. Manny is a seasoned business professional with 20 plus years experience in financial services, insurance, management consulting industries. Manny manages client relationships and designs equity, fixed-income and alternative investment strategies. His focus is on corporate executive services, including concentrated equity management, executive stock options and restricted stock sales. Manny is well known name and leader in the industry where he helped Firms manage through major change events. Prior to co-founding Compass, Manuel was a Director of Finance at a top insurance firm and leader at Big 4 consultancies. In his free time, Manny enjoys snowboarding and pursuing his passion in recording and playing live music. Manny lives in NJ with his wife Paola, daughter Brooke, and boxer dog Miles in Clinton Township, NJ.
