About Alex Balish AED Distributor with Program Management – Authorized Provider of CPR, AED, & First Aid Training Specialty Tri-State area New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Owner & Lead Trainer at Care 1st Training Group, LLC; Alex Balish is deeply passionate about providing others with life-saving information. With over twenty years of experience in the field of First Aid CPR and AED certification and training thousands of students, Alex possesses a strong understanding of his customers’ needs and how they most effectively learn these life-saving techniques. In addition, he has been extensively trained on all major AED brands and proper maintenance/troubleshooting on these units. Background Alex started out as an EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) at Summit EMS where he is a Crew Chief as well as working with the American Red Cross where he was the Youth Services Coordinator and lead caseworker at the Summit Area Chapter during 911.
