RRBB Announces Promotion of Mike Almeida to Partner and Managing Member

RRBB is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael Almeida, CPA, to Partner of Rosenberg Rich Baker Berman, P.A. and Managing Member of RRBB Advisors, LLC. In this role, Mike will help lead the firm’s assurance practice and support RRBB’s continued growth. He will also work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality audits and practical, forward-looking guidance.

About Mike Almeida

Mike is a seasoned assurance professional with experience in public accounting and corporate finance. He focuses on helping clients understand complex accounting and reporting issues. His work emphasizes clarity, strong internal controls, and thoughtful execution.

Additionally, Mike has led integrated audits for publicly traded companies, with a concentration in the financial services sector. He has experience at a Big Four accounting firm and with an in-house role at a national bank. This background allows him to balance regulatory requirements with practical business needs. Mike is an active member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from New Jersey City University in 2015. He also holds a Certified Public Accountant license in New Jersey. A resident of [?], he values time with his family and community. He is an avid sports fan, although outside the office, he enjoys traveling and woodworking.
