Gebhardt & Kiefer Welcomes Partner Eliot Goldstein

Annandale, NJ, April 1, 2025 -- Gebhardt & Kiefer Law Offices is pleased to announce that Eliot M. Goldstein has joined the firm as a Partner.  Goldstein will merge his Somerville-based Goldstein Law Firm, LLC, with Gebhardt & Kiefer, and will continue to serve clients in the Somerville office as well as the main Gebhardt & Kiefer office in Annandale.

Goldstein has 37 years of experience, and concentrates his practice on wills, trusts, estate planning, estate administration, estate litigation, guardianships, real estate, business planning, and commercial law.

Goldstein has served the community in numerous roles, including past positions as Director of Court Appointed Special Advocates for Somerset, Hunterdon & Warren Counties, Director of the Somerset County Business Partnership, President of the Greater Middlesex/Somerset Estate Planning Council, President of the Somerville & Bridgewater Rotary Club, Director & General Counsel for the Tourette Syndrome Association of New Jersey, and Member of the Advisory Board for the Skylands Small Business Development Center.

Goldstein graduated Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University College of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Syracuse Law Review and was a member of the Justinian Honorary Society.  He also holds a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University.  He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York, as well as before multiple Federal courts.
