Position Title: Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: Company Owner
Position Summary
Insta Crystal is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to generate new business, maintain client relationships, and grow sales of custom awards, trophies, recognition products, promotional items and personalized gifts. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with corporate clients, schools, sports organizations, nonprofits, government agencies, and event planners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Manage incoming leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and product recommendations.
- Consult with clients on award designs, engraving options, materials, and customization requirements.
- Coordinate with production and customer service teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Follow up on proofs, approvals, and order status updates.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions as needed.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience (B2B sales preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent phone, email, and in-person presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the awards, recognition, promotional products, engraving, printing, or signage industries.
- Knowledge of corporate gifting and employee recognition programs.
- Experience with quoting custom products and managing large orders.
Performance Metrics
- Monthly sales revenue.
- New customer acquisition.
- Customer retention and repeat business.
- Quote-to-order conversion rate.
- Gross profit generated.
- Customer satisfaction ratings.
Compensation Structure
- Base Salary: $45,000–$70,000 (depending on experience)
- Commission: 3–10% of gross profit or sales revenue
- Performance bonuses for achieving sales goals
