Marketing Associate
Somerset County Business Partnership (SCBP)
Job responsibilities:
(Reports to Director of Strategic Communications):
- Support projects and events as directed by the Director of Strategic Communications Design and send weekly communications highlighting programs and events Social Media Management (including LinkedIn)
- Proactively going to member locations to acquire content
- Supporting our members by following and boosting their content
- Update scbp.org as necessary
- CRM database management
Required Skills, Experiences, and Abilities:
- A passion for marketing, social media and growing a small business
- Demonstrated ability to implement a comprehensive marketing, strategic communications, and media relations program to advance an organization’s mission and goals
- Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to interact with Partnership staff, board, SCBP members, and community businesses
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing
Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Canva, WordPress is a plus
Salary Range- $47,000 - $55,000
