Front Desk Receptionist

Lehman Industries is seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, multitasking, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced office environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet visitors, vendors, and employees with a friendly and welcoming attitude
  • Perform light data entry and assist with basic administrative tasks
  • Support general office operations, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Assist with various office tasks as needed to support the team

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, office systems)
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
  • Prior receptionist or office experience preferred, but not required

Compensation

  • $18.50 – $23.00 per hour, based on experience
