 Role Description
 

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Family Law Attorney located in Watchung, NJ. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for managing family law cases, including evaluating legal issues, preparing legal documents such as motions, conducting depositions, and representing clients in court and other family law processes. The candidate will be expected to work directly with clients, advocating for their needs and supporting them through sensitive legal matters.

 Qualifications
 

• Proficiency in Law and Family Law practices
• Strong understanding of Legal Issues related to family law cases
• Experience preparing legal Motions and other court documents
• Skilled in conducting Depositions and other legal proceedings
• Exceptional interpersonal and client counseling skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Prior experience in family law practice is highly desirable
