Location: Hybrid (Somerset County, NJ)
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 + performance incentives
Status: Full-Time, Exempt

Safe + Sound Somerset is launching The Shift by SaSS, a fee‑for‑service training and consulting practice rooted in trauma‑informed organizational change. We are hiring a Director of Business Development to drive earned‑revenue growth across education, healthcare, corporate, and nonprofit sectors.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an institutional sales pipeline
• Lead the full sales cycle from outreach to signed contract
• Develop customized proposals and pricing
• Support renewals, repeat engagements, and long‑term partnerships
• Track revenue progress and report to leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, sales, partnerships, or consulting
• Experience closing complex or institutional contracts
• Strong communication, relationship management, and proposal skills
• Comfort with revenue targets and CRM tools
• Alignment with Safe + Sound Somerset’s mission and values
