Development Associate

The Development Associate is a mission-critical role within the External Affairs team. This position is responsible for the technical backbone of our fundraising engine. We are seeking a power user who pairs technical proficiency of our donor database (Salesforce) with a creative understanding of the donor lifecycle. The ideal candidate doesn't just enter data; they manage the integrity of our donor relationships through precise record-keeping, sophisticated reporting, and proactive moves management support. Additionally, this individual will provide essential coordination and logistical support for our fundraising events, ensuring seamless planning and execution from start to finish. The position requires a dynamic, resourceful, results-driven, and self-motivated professional who is able to effectively manage multiple tasks, assignments, and projects at the same time.
