No-Cost Retirement Plan Review

As an extension of your employee benefits department, there are a number of things we help you with as the plan sponsor:

I. Understanding Your Responsibilities as a Fiduciary on the 401(K)

II. Educate the employees about this benefit their being provided with and encourage them to participate by contributing toward their own retirement.

  ~ We do this by showing them how to successfully plan for retirement   

      versus how much they feel they can afford to save.

   ~ We extend ourselves as a resource to answer any financial questions. (We view this as an added employee benefit..$250/hr normal planning fee.)

III. We’ll benchmark your plan to make sure you’re paying the least  

         amount in fees for the type of plan that you own.

       We will compare the performance of your investments against their  

        investment benchmark and peers.

IV. Offer a Plan Design Review to make sure your company’s plan is the

        best fit for you, in light of the latest plan features that now exist in the 

        marketplace.

        Employees would like to be able to sock away?

V. Provide Some Fiduciary Protection by adding a Financial Advisor to the

      Plan because we are properly licensed to give financial advice.

      As a CFP® I am definitely considered a fiduciary and I’m held to a   

      higher standard regarding any advice or Recommendations that I make.

  • Current participant fee disclosure – 404(a)5
  • Current investment line up with asset and fund expense                breakdown( at plan level, not for each participant’s account)
  • Current fee for service invoices from the record keeper and or TPA
  • Current Adoption Agreement
  • Total number of account balances in the plan( active and terminated)
