Come join us for a brief presentation on Friday, February 27, 2026 @ 9AM at the Somerset County Business Partnership where we will provide an overview of the most common business types (sole proprietorship, single member LLC, partnerships, Subchapter S Corporations and C Corporations) and how each type is taxed. This presentation is geared toward those individuals who are considering starting a business or have just recently started a business. A light breakfast will be served.
