Join us for an interactive workshop that will provide practical tools you can use to strengthen cultural sensitivity. We will explore common cultural misunderstandings related to etiquette, eye contact, personal space, compliments, small talk, gestures, time, and communication styles. Participants will learn strategies to improve cross-cultural communication and enhance teamwork in diverse workplace settings.
